Return & Exchange Policy – Aurvex

At Aurvex, we believe shopping should feel effortless and risk-free. That’s why we’ve designed a simple and transparent return and exchange process to make sure you always shop with confidence.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to fix that quickly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This helps us maintain quality standards for every customer.

If you receive a product with the wrong size, a defect, or a completely different item, Aurvex will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement without any extra charges. Our goal is to resolve such issues as fast as possible so you don’t have to worry.

In case you want to return the product, you can raise a request within the 3-day window. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup. After the product passes a basic quality check, your refund will be processed promptly.

Please note that products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us at support@aurvex.com with your Order ID and reason for the request. If applicable, sharing a product image will help us resolve your issue faster.
